We have expanded significantly, with branches nationwide, located throughout South Africa’s largest shopping malls as well as sporting a large online division. Price Promise T&C’s:
Flight only bookings are excluded from the Price Promise due to the fluid nature of pricing by airlines which can result in multiple price changes per day.

To be comparable, we must be able to confirm that the competitor price is based on the same flight and accommodation, for the same travel dates; duration, room type and board basis and in the same currency as your Pentravel quote. The price to be matched must be generally available to book via another SA travel agency immediately (online website agencies and bookings excluded).

The price should not be reduced by redemption of a voucher or loyalty scheme or group discount. We are also only able to price match bookings paid in full. All cancellation terms and change penalties of the booking must be identical.

It can happen that competitor agencies may offer prices no longer available or otherwise incorrect and where we believe this could be the case we will check with the competitor / travel provider directly to make sure the price shown is accurate before applying our Price Promise. We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above points.

Utilizing our Price Promise
Bring us a written competitor quote prior to confirming your Pentravel booking. The competitor holiday package must be received on the same day as it was created, must be quoted in South African Rand and be from a registered South African travel agency. Travel must originate from South Africa. The holiday package must be available and able to be booked by the general public. The written quote must be for the same dates, airlines, number of passengers, booking classes, flight numbers, hotel/resort, room type, ages of minors where applicable, room configuration, transfer type and must list any inclusions such as but not limited to the meal basis. We will only apply our Price Promise once per booking.
Your travel expert will need to confirm that the written quotation is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. Should we verify that the holiday package quote is genuine, we will offer our Price Promise and match the price. We will require you to book the holiday package at that time and pay in full.
If the same quoted product is no longer available, we will endeavour to find you the best possible and available alternative. Any change and cancellation conditions specific to your booking will apply. Pentravel may need to make the booking directly on the supplier websites and you may be required to have a credit card to confirm and pay for an online booking. The original booking amount may get debited from your credit card, and the price promise amount will then be refunded to your credit card or via eft. If we believe your written quotation contains an error in pricing, or that the holiday package is no longer available, we are entitled to 24hours to research this. Should all conditions of our Price Promise be met, we will match the competitor holiday package quotes that were submitted
All quotes are subject to verification and availability and the following exclusions apply:
  • Airfare only pricing
  • Any online website /online agency pricings
  • Certain group package rates that are available due to membership of a group or corporate entity are excluded
  • Group bookings or children under the age of two years are excluded (a group consists of 9 people or more travelling together).
  • Suppliers or agencies that are not South African registered businesses and who operate from a foreign country.
  • Quotes whereby a supplier or travel agency has offered a discount. This includes promotional discounts
  • We will not match the pentravel.co.za website, any other Pentravel shops or any companies part of the Cullinan Holdings Group
