There are some wonderful sights and experiences you won't want to miss. There are many museums to visit, however the Museum of Islamic Arts is the only one currently open. The museum houses artefacts from Muslim dynasties all over Asia, Africa and Europe. The Souq Waqif is another place that is very worth going is Souq Waqif, the renovated Arabic market quarter. You can easily wander around the maze-like corridors for hours. Things to See & Do * Museum of Islamic Arts * Al Koot Fort * Clock Tower * Doha Heritage Village * Souq Waqif – renovated Arabic market quarter

Day 3: Manama, Bahrain

Manama is the capital and largest city of Bahrain. It is a modern capital located in the north-eastern corner of Bahrain on a small peninsula. As in the rest of Bahrain, the land is generally flat (or gently rolling) and arid. The Al-Fateh Mosque is worth a visit. It is one of the largest mosques in the world, capable of accommodating over 7,000 worshippers at a time and is the largest place of worship in Bahrain. It is also one of the top tourist attractions in Bahrain. The dome is currently the world’s largest fibreglass dome and is over 60,000 kg in weight. Al-Fateh includes the new National Library which opened to the public in 2006. Things to See & Do * Al-Fateh Mosque * Corniche al-Fateh * Museum of Pearl Diving * Bahrain Fort * Tree of Live

Day 4: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates that compose the United Arab Emirates and is located in the oil-rich and strategic Persian Gulf region. It adjoins the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman. Abu Dhabi city is on an island located less than a quarter-kilometer from the mainland and is joined to the mainland by the Maqta and Musaffah Bridges. Things to see and do * Petroleum Exhibition * Heritage Village * The old souk (market) * Al Hisn Fort * Sheikh Zayed's palace

Day 6: Sir Bani Yas, UAE

It is home to thousands of large free-roaming animals and several million trees and plants. The island is dominated by conical mountains and surrounded by gently sloping coastal plains. These merge with a shoreline of mangrove covered sand-banks and hidden inlets, buttressed shorelines and a pretty harbour. A bird sanctuary as well as a wildlife reserve, Sir Bani Yas showcases nature through activities such as adventure safaris, kayaking, mountain biking, archery, hiking and snorkeling. The island also has a number of significant historical sites, including remnants of Late Stone Age and early Islamic structures. Things to See & Do * Bird watching * Wildlife viewing * Adventure activities * Historical Sites

Day 7: Dubai, UAE

Dubai is one of the most modern cities in the world; this city was a fishing and pearling village less than 50 years ago. The architecture of its modern buildings and sky scrapers is the finest in the Middle East. Sightseeing within the city center is split mainly between Deira, on the right bank of the Dubai creek and historic Bur Dubai on the other bank. Deira, is home to the best shopping and is the business and commercial centre of the city. Bur Dubai has less of a bustling atmosphere and is home to a number of tourist attractions, including the Dubai Museum, Grand Mosque and Sheikh Saeed Al-Maktoum’s House.
