What could be more elegant than setting sail with royalty? Cunard’s renowned elegance, spacious luxury and excellent service have attracted discerning travellers for decades. Revered and admired, Cunard can trace its cruising heritage as far back as the 1840s. Widely regarded as a luxury cruising brand with strong British traditions, Cunard can count so much among its noteworthy feats. Its assistance in transporting over two million servicemen in the Second World War, for which Churchill credited it as being instrumental in shortening the war by a year.

The luxury cruise line is now owned by Carnival Corporation, the same company that owns Costa, Princess, Seabourn and P&O cruises, among others. Cunard currently has three ships in its fleet: Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth.
